To reach my optimum weight, I need to lose more than 6KG. This gonna be hard since I’m not really like to exercise. Light walking and taking stairs still ok for me but not running.
Heavy meal need to be cut for breakfast and dinner only, lunch maybe something light and more water to drinks. Hopefully by next month I will see some results.
